Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction and refund procedures.

1. Treatment Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our lice treatment services. If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, we offer:

  • Free follow-up checks within 7 days of treatment
  • Complimentary re-treatment if live lice are found during follow-up
  • 30-day guarantee on all professional treatments

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service not performed as described
  • Documented allergic reaction to treatment products
  • Appointment cancelled with more than 24 hours notice

3. Prevention Products

For unopened prevention products:

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Product must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Receipt required for all returns

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy includes:

  • Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before appointment
  • 50% charge for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment
  • Full charge for no-shows

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide your receipt or booking reference
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

6. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards: 3-5 business days
  • FSA/HSA cards: 5-7 business days
  • Cash payments: immediate refund in person

7. Exceptions

Special circumstances that may affect refund eligibility:

  • Emergency/after-hours services
  • Custom treatment packages
  • Special promotional offers
