1. Treatment Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our lice treatment services. If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, we offer:
- Free follow-up checks within 7 days of treatment
- Complimentary re-treatment if live lice are found during follow-up
- 30-day guarantee on all professional treatments
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service not performed as described
- Documented allergic reaction to treatment products
- Appointment cancelled with more than 24 hours notice
3. Prevention Products
For unopened prevention products:
- Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Product must be in original, unopened packaging
- Receipt required for all returns
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy includes:
- Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before appointment
- 50% charge for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment
- Full charge for no-shows
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your receipt or booking reference
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
6. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 3-5 business days
- FSA/HSA cards: 5-7 business days
- Cash payments: immediate refund in person
