We provide professional lice treatment and removal services, including but not limited to:

  • In-clinic lice treatment
  • Mobile lice treatment services
  • School and camp screenings
  • Prevention products and education

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and other payment methods as specified in our payment policy.

5. Treatment Guarantee

Our lice treatment services come with a satisfaction guarantee, subject to following our post-treatment care instructions and attending any scheduled follow-up appointments.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and effective treatment, we cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to treatment products when proper patch testing and medical history protocols have been followed.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
